Versa 2 blank screen

My versa is not showing me anything on the screen except a bright blank picture can't see the time or any of my steps or other information. Tried turning it off and back on, its happened before but i charged it and it seemed to fix the problem but this time when i charged it nothing happened still a bright blank screen.
