Versa 2 blank screen

my versa 2 is blank, it has a charge but nothing is showing up on the face

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
