Hi Fitbit Team,
I have nothing on my Versa 2! Everything is black! Logged into the Fitbit app and it is indicating battery is full and Versa is updated. 3 days ago all normal - now nothing- just a black screen.
Can someone please help as I need this for work!

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
