I had my Versa 2 for Christmas last year.. One day about a month ago, bright white vertical lines appeared on the LHS of the screen. Then the face colours started to all go green with gradual dimming day after day until it's now got no display at all.
It still vibrates when charging and the green light on the reverse still activates. The contacts on both the Fitbit and charger are clean. Help... Also from Fitbit would be appreciated.🤞

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
