Versa 2 blank screen

Hi all,

About two weeks ago my Versa 2 screen went blank. I tried the factory reset more than 10 times, holding the three buttons down for different durations each time. 
I tried a few more times, changing clock faces in the app and restarting each time.

during the restart, I could see the top line of pixels working, compressing the entire Fitbit logo into that one line, but not even that happens any more.

 

I know there was an update that came out around this time which affected another user, but it fixed itself after a restart.

 

Is there any new updates that may fix this or anything else I can do?

Hi @brindleyc  - just so you know the Versa 2 only has one button so you must have a Versa original.

 

Doing a factory reset is more complicated with the 3 buttons.

 

Did you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support to get help with that?

 

If after a successful factory reset it is not working then the watch is faulty.
