Hi @Anjali34 @Riddler269 - check the watch is properly charged, presumably it is syncing still, so in the Fitbit app do a manual sync with a pull down on display on the phone and wait for the green status bar at the top to show sync complete and then check battery level.
If it doesn't sync it confirms it most likely needs charging.
If it does sync but still nothing is displayed on the watch, you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, who may take you through a factory reset.
