Hi,
My versa 2 has suddenly stopped showing any stats ( steps, heart rate, calories and distance) on the watch but it continues tracking it on the app. How can I fix it?
Thanks

Hi there, @Royita76. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.
As @Guy_ has suggested, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Royita76 - the first thing to try is a restart - How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If that doesn't work try changing the clock face from the Fitbit App Gallery tile.
