Versa 2 blank screen

My versa 2 screen is black.  How do I get it to turn back on?  It is sending notifications and is fully charged.

Sad to hear that your Versa 2 isn't working as expected. I would try to see if restarting it will fix the issue you've mentioned above. To do so, please hold your Versa 2's button for around 10 seconds until you'll hopefully see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

If that won't work for you, your device may be defective. In that case I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support for further assistance:

Hi there, @LynnEmma. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

As @Talahthas has recommended, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I can not see anything on my clock face. It is black. I have pushed and held the bar on side. I felt vibration, but still the face was black. I do get weekly stats, so it is working but not showing the display

This seems to be happening to a lot of us the past few hours to a lot of us the past 48 hours what is going on?

Thanks for the suggestion.  I can’t access the screen to change anything.  I did reboot a few times by holding the side button in until I felt vibrations and I did recharge it.  Again, I can’t see if there were responses on the black screen.
