Versa 2 screen not working but syncing works and can feel vibrations of watch when wearing. Help!

Hi @Chattanoogatide - there are several things you can try.
Double tap the watch face and see if it wakes.
Push the button briefly.
Place the watch on charge and see if the battery level displays briefly.
Hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Try changing the clock face from the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App.
The watch may have a fault if not and further troubleshooting can make things worse.

Hi, my Versa 2 lost its display yesterday but all the data was still being captured and shown on the app, along with vibrations when receiving calls and texts. I’ve tried all the suggestions below but still no display…double help!!

Mine did this and I had to choose a new watch face. Once I’d did this, everything was fine
