versa 2 screen is blank. zero offer of support from fitbit- " out of  warranty". 2:5 years old - a crap product

My Versa 2 stopped first with sleep mode, then the heart rate went. Now everything stopped after last update!! Mine is only 25 months old!!! Fitbit sucks since Google bought them!!!

Yes! my fitbit did much the same and my screen began to fade away much like rubbing chalk from a chalkboard. its just black now. i'm furious that this, my second fitbit( first one had to be replaced too) has gone wrong, certainly not built to last and customer care is RUBBISH.

Ohh my sleep and heart rate trackers stopped too, I came here to find out how I could fix it. Sleep stopped over a year ago now!

I have the same issue since the last update. Now the watch is not turning on and is vibrating every now and then. No happy of what I am reading here.

Hi, customer care is non existent. I’ve had fitbits for the last 12 years. This Versa 2 is a joke. Was not even 2 years old when problems started. My last Fitbit Alta lasted 6 years!!! They just want everyone to by the Google watches, since Google bought out Fitbit! They are getting a call from me today, so is the Better Business Bureau!!!

my emails are unanswered. Yet it seems it's an upgrade of yours they may have created this screen loss. No one is replying to me

Hi, well I called yesterday and was basically told that Fitbit could not help me. He said he would email me the info about my warranty. All I got was a link to buy a new one!!! Let me tell you how upset I am!!! My last Fitbit lasted 8 years, and my versa was not even 2 years old when it went!!! I’m very very angry, but left with no options!!!!!

well to say it's their google upgrade  that's caused these screens to die I'm appalled at the customer service - or lack of it. Fitbit/Google are frauds.
