My screen went black yesterday, but still appears to operate as preset alarms are vibrating. need to pair, but cannot see code. how do I pair without code?

I am having the same issue, my screen went green yesterday and have tried changing the clock, resetting etc. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth but am also now stuck as can’t see the code on my screen 🤷:female_sign:

Yep Ive just had the same reply too. When I d had issues before they’ve been much more helpful and offered lots more suggestions.
From reading other posts this seems to just be their standard response now, just buy a new one! I won’t be doing that, I’d rather switch to a different brand, like many others have said. Seems like they’ll be losing lots of customers
