Versa 2 blank screen

Since recharging my versa2 today my app tells me it’s fully charged but my screen is blank , can anyone help please ?

Hi there, @Grannylyn31. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 screen is blank after you charged it. I will do my best to help you with this! 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

The same has happened to my fiances Versa 3

Blank screen and will not turn on, 

Tried holding the side until the fitbit logo shows but absolutely nothing.
