I have tried all the suggestions about fixing a Versa that won’t charge or turn on aka black screen for days.
I tried a new charger but that did it help. I tried the button fix and factory reset to no success.
I’m not sure what Versa I have but this should not be happening.

Hi @Teacherbh14 - it is important to know what watch you have.
In the Fitbit App click the watch/battery symbol or profile photo (top left) to get to the account/device page and see what device is shown.
Also what happened prior to it stopping working?

Same issue here. Versa 3.
I have tried to contact them through customer support but it randomly shut down a couple of mins into the chat and now redirects me (something about a different trail or something) when I try to click on the chat function.
so I can’t get in touch with them. Brilliant. 🙄

I have had the same issue twice and I attribute simply to the watch being past its expiration date. I think the watch is designed to be recharged up to around 300 times. I used to charge mine every day, and hence the watch died at about a year, twice. Now I only charge about every 5 days. We will see. Of course, I am not sure this is the situation with you, but it's one possibility.

My Versa has same issue. Turned itself off Sunday morning with still 58% battery. Tried all the trouble shooting. Spoke on chat and they now going to check my warranty, which I know is not going to be any use. But still doesn’t solve why it’s done it.
