Versa 2 bluetooth issues

I purchased the Versa 2. I have a CoolPad Legacy (Android) phone. The bluetooth will not stay connected. I get calls and texts but can not reply to texts. Any thoughts?

I was finally able to chat with an agent with some answers. My phone Coolpad legacy is not compatible with the app.
