No matter what troubleshooting I’ve tried I cannot brighten my Fitbit Versa 2 screen. Therefore, when I’m outdoors, especially if it’s bright or sunny, the screen looks black. I have to go into the shade to read the time, and even then the screen is barely visible, despite being set at Max brightness. The only time it’s bright enough is late in the day, indoors. Please help

In the meantime, restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, follow the steps listed in this help page, under the subject "Adjust Settings" and see if you can adjust the brightness of the screen as advised in the article.
