Versa 2 button and touchscreen not always working

Hello,

 

I bought 2 versa 2's in May this year for me and my wife after owning charges for a few years. 

 

My wife's is working fine but with mine the side button and touch screen only works sometimes. 

 

It's been like this for a couple of months but only just round to seeing what is wrong with it? Is it a faulty fitbit or is there a reset that can be done?

  2. Let go of the buttons.
