Hi,
The button on my Fitbit is stuck. I read about someone having the same in March last year and I've tried everything they were asked to try and it hasn't worked. Please can some advise what to do?
Thanks,
Nicole

Hi there, @Nicoliekins. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2's button before reaching out.
Before considering other options, please confirm that you've restarted your Versa 2 by following these steps How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the button is still unresponsive after trying the above recommendation, please try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Then, please try restarting your Versa 2 once again.
