I’ve been having problems for a while with my Verda 2 and therefore don’t wear it much ☹️ The side button is really stiff and often won’t depress. The time also doesn’t show when I lift my wrist and I need to press button which doesn’t always work! If I leave screen on then my battery drains really quickly. Any help or advice for this?

Hi there, @BrooR. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how you must be feeling.

Please make sure you did try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Once you've done that, please restart your Versa 2 by following these steps How do I restart my Fitbit device?

As for the screen wake feature not working properly, please follow @NancyB's advice. More information, can be found here

Hope this helps!

@BrooR Check the screen wake setting on your Versa to make sure it’s set to auto/motion.
