Hi has anybody had a problem with the left button not working I have tried holding it but it will not work only sliding the screen to options works I can't even factory reset it and it will not link to my phone phone anymore.

Mine has just started doing this and I can't connect to Fitbit support on the app, it just won't connect, so annoying

I found it easier to connect through the internet.
Yes it is frustrating with the button not working.
