Versa charging issue

I’ve had my Versa since October 2020 and everything has been fine till now. A week or so ago my watch took 20 hours or so to charge. So I cleaned the contacts on the back of the watch and the charger with a cotton swab with a little bit of alcohol on it. The next time I charged it again it took 20 hours to charge. So I tried shutting it down and charging it again yesterday and again it hasn’t charged yet. Does anyone have a solution?
