Versa 2 button not working

My fitbit is working but the button is not functioning. it's not stuck or anything as the button itself moves but the watch doesn't react. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes left button doesn't function.  Clicks but nothing happens.  I noticed multiple users with the same issue too.
