Left side button on versa 2 not working at all. In excellent condition despite purchasing about 2 years ago, besides the left button. At first it would only work sometimes, but after a few days of that it completely stopped working. Extremely frustrating because I cannot navigate through different screens! I’ve had trouble with multiple of the old charges as well, thinking of returning to an Apple Watch if this cannot be resolved, which is disappointing because I prefer Fitbit for the activity tracking, but the Apple Watch never failed on me.

I am having the same problem. Versa 2 only showing logo and thats it. Cant get it to reset. It is less than a year old. This is terrible. I need Fitbit to contact me with a resolution/fix or way to return / get a new one.

I wouldn’t recommend the factory reset. I just did that with mine to see if it was a glitch, but now I cannot get out of the setup-because you have to click the left button to acknowledge. So now my watch is essentially USELESS.

Right, at this point I’m extremely disappointed. A few years ago their customer service was EXCELLENT when issues occurred. I can’t believe no one has reached out to either of us at this point...
