Recently I noticed that my heart rate wasn’t working on my Versa 2. I have tried:
-Factory Reset
-Turning the heart rate feature on and off on the watch
-Shutting down the watch with the feature off and turning it back on along with the heart rate feature.
There is no way to turn the feature on and off on the app, it only gives the option to set the max heart rate. It has not only knocked my heart rate. But now my calories and recording of sleep.
I have only had this watch a year and would expect it to last a lot longer than this. Does anyone have any other things I could try? Thanks.

Did you experience this situation in the past or is it the first time? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps to fix the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit device.

Hello, this is the first time it has happened and the heart rate sensors are completely unresponsive.

For us to move on with this situation and because it's the first time you experience such issue, can you please let me know the outcome of the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post? When trying such steps, the lights of the heart rate sensors sporadically flash or nothing at all?

I am also having this issue with my Versa Lite. All of a sudden this week, my watch will not maintain charge and cannot display my HR. I have only owned this watch since last december.

I had already tried the troubleshooting steps as I had looked at the advice before posting here. It started off with sporadically flashing but after trying it has now stopped flashing all together.
