Versa 2 button stopped working

I got this in November this past year and haven't really had any problems that a restart hasn't fixed. But this past week the side button started to only work sporadically and now won't respond at all. I've tried resetting/restarting everything and it hasn't helped. It feels as if it is not clicking anymore. Any ideas on how to fox it or replace it?

Hi there, @LDB006. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

If you haven't done so yet, please try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Then, please try restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps

Hi @LDB006  - the only thing left to check is the button area for debris using a magnifying glass and if it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, take it back for replacement with a new one, they aren't repaired.
