All, since yesterday the button on my versa 2 is not responding anymore. It is not stuck, there is simple no reaction. Has anyone else experienced this as well? With tapping on the screen I can activate the screens, I can scroll, but cannot use the button to return to the home screen. Hope you can help. Thank ypu

Hi @Annie-1964 - this has been known to happen, often after a firmware update or if some watch fault has occurred.
As a first step shutdown the watch from the watch Settings, About menu. Wait 10 seconds and then place on the charger to restart it and charge it.
Curiously it might also be worth trying changing the clock face either on the watch itself or from the Gallery tile in the app, if the restart didn't help.

@Annie-1964 h you can restart the watch from the settings menu if you can still get to it.
But don't do a factory reset at this stage. You can destroy the watch doing a factory reset.
