Versa 2 button stopped working

Hey, 

My fitbit is less then a year old and the home button stopped working yesturday, its frozen on one the apps, it is still syncing. I have tried all the methods to get it unstuck and its unsuccessful. Please help

I have this exact same problem versa 2 under a year old so upsetting.

Yes I recieved excellent customer service everyone was very helpful and
fast to respond including you. Thanks for getting back to me.
