Hello! My Versa 2 is around 4 years old. I was on holiday recently and I think I got sand under the button, as it has gradually stopped working over the past month. at first it just took a couple of tries, but now it wont work at all. The rest of the watch is completely functional. I have tried using water, and using a toothpick to get out any debris, nothing has worked. I reset it by shutting down and turning on again, but can't factory reset due to needing to press the button. Furthermore, it is now stuck on spotify, however once it runs out of charge it should go back to the home screen. The rest of the watch is fully functional as I said before and i'm really not sure what to do.

Hi @Sophia101 - your watch may work more or less ok, but if water got in at some point causing the issue you may see other symptoms, such as it gets hot when charging, if so stop immediately, or the screen won't swipe or loses charge rapidly.
It can also be caused by a failed update or other firmware issues, or just be a faulty button, in which case a factory reset won't fix it.
To get out of Spotify mode, uninstall the app from the phone and reinstall it. Or just switch clock faces. This will stop the current program running.
If you are too annoyed with it you can still factory reset it from the watch Settings, About menu but be very patient otherwise you can easily brick it so it won't work at all.
