The Versa 2 just doesn't work. Period. The button on the side does nothing. After trying to clean the button, it still doesn't work. And Fitbit won't do anything about it. All they'll tell me is where I can buy another shoddy piece of work. I'm not sure why I would when this one, which I purchased 14 months ago, stopped working. The screen will not tell me how many steps I've got, the time, or anything. It's just stuck on a stupid "Set up wallet" screen, and nothing I do fixes it. I've had it up to HERE with Fitbit and their garbage product.

The support team has been absolutely useless. They just tell you to buy a new one. It's clear Fitbit does not stand by their products.
