Versa 2 buzzes during exercise

The last several exercise activities that I have done my Versa 2 keeps buzzing intermittently. Once when I was lifting weights and had selected the 'weights' exercise and the other when I was running and had selected 'treadmill' for the exercise. There are no notifications on the screen when the buzzing happens. The only thing I can think is that it is buzzing when my heart rate zones change? How do I turn this off?

I'm not sure if this setting applies to Versa 2 or exactly where the setting is, but try this.  After you select exercise type in Exercise App, tap the gear icon in upper right to see additional settings for that exercise type.   See if there is a Heart Zone Notifications setting.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
