Anyone noticed there calories burned being too high it says I’ve burnt 1,744 cals but I’ve only done 2,464 steps and had 1 active zone min so surely my calories burned are too high?

Are you taking into account your BMR calories?
As well as tracking calories burned through activity your fitbit also tracks your BMR calories. These are the calories you burn just keeping your body alive (even when asleep). They are calculated from your profile settings for age, height, weight etc so you needn't be wearing your fitbit to get them. What you are seeing includes the total BMR calories burned since midnight.
If your calories seem too high even taking into account your BMR calories then it's worth double checking your profile settings for age, height, weight etc as these directly affect the calories calculation. You can check yours at: https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
