I’ve tried everything I can think of to help but my new Versa 2 is still not set up. I’m using iPhone 10, IOS 12.4.1.
When open Fitbit app and add the Versa 2 it works well until it finds the Versa 2. Then it hangs on the page saying it’s connecting and never goes further. I’ve restarted it Restarted phone. Turned Bluetooth off and on. Tried doing them together and apart. any ideas...anyone? Help please.

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date let me know and I'll be happy to assist you accordingly.

I have been trying to set my versa 2 up for 2 days I've tried everything. Got it to sync but I can't get the watch face to show anything just get the blue logo please help.

Same issue . Most up to date app as far as I can tell and the app says must update to add versa 2. Getting no where with setup. Please help or fix
