My fitbit is not charging..it tells me not enough power from the source. I have cleaned it, changed the block for the charger, and moved it to multiple locations. It is only a year old.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
