Versa 2 clock face apps won't finish installing

Brand new versa 2 out of the box tonight and everytime I try to change my clock face it says "some applications did not finish installing. do you want to continue installing them now?" and when i click continue nothing happens for a few moments then it tells me they cant finish installing. then when i try to install one anyway they say they cant because my watch is already installing something.

Hi @Wowski21, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since your Versa 2 is still experiencing issues while trying to install the clock faces, please restart it as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the steps listed in this article in order to install clock faces and see if the issue gets fixed.
