I have a fitbit versa and a Samsung Galaxy S9 phone. I've never had problems with my fitbit syncing before. My fitbit died and I charged it, now it has the stating dots and a message in different languages saying to download the fitbit app to start. It won't show up on my Bluetooth to pair and I can't get into the device to pair either. I don't want to have to erase all the data and start over. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Lhuber97, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Fitbit Versa won't connect or sync with your phone, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, set up your watch from scratch and see if it connects and syncs with your account properly.
This process won't erase your data from your account at all.
