I cannot get any clock faces to install on my Versa 2.  I've done all the updates and still no success.  This is the same with any apps.   Help!

Hi

1. Is this a new problem?

2. Is your watch having syncing problems just recently?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Sync -

See when last synced

Try refresh by touching circle

it should say "a moment ago"

This check when and how it syncs

3. What happens when you try and load a clock?

4. Have you tried changing you current clock on the watch and syncing

On the watch

Swipe left

Click Clocks

Choose a different clock if there is one

Sync with the app and

try loading a new clock from the app

2. Did it say a moment ago?

4. When you use the Clocks app on the watch do you have more than one loaded?

5. Do you only have one clock at the bottom in Clocks in the Fitbit app before you try loading?

6. Try with no other Bluetooth devices, watches or phones around, just the watch and your phone.
