I can see the instruction 'booklet' in the app says I can log water from my fitbit as one of the 7 things I track each day, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Is it possible to track water directly from the Versa 2 fitbit, rather than the app?
I mean track it within fitbit, rather than a 3rd party app. Or is a 3rd party app the only way to do it?

Hi @CeeRee.
If you swipe up from the bottom of the screen whilst on the clock face (brings up the today screen). You should be able to scroll to the bottom and hit customise, one of the stats you can add to the today screen is water tracking, makes sure its ticked. From now on when you swipe up from the clock to bring up the today screen you should be able to tap on the water tile to log water.

Have you tried restarting your Versa 2 by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds? Can I ask if you set up WiFi on your Versa 2? If so pop it into it's charger and plug it in (WiFi is activated during charging for updates) and see if the stats update then.
Best AnswerYes, you can log water directly on your Versa 2 and don't need a 3rd party app. You should see more options when you click settings and Water should be one of them.
I'm not sure it will work for you, but someone else asked me about this very issue (of only having 3 options) and I found this older thread that seemed to help some other original Fitbit Versa users: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Smartwatches/Only-Have-Three-Options-In-Today-Settings-Menu/m-...
Note: If you need to reboot your Versa 2, you'll hold the left button for 10 seconds until the fitbit logo appears (since Versa 2 doesn't have buttons on the right side, you can't follow those instructions in the thread's solution).
Best AnswerI'm having a problem with the amount logged in on the Fitbit. When I choose water I type in 8, when I click check it only gives me .8 oz. Not the full 8 oz.
If I use the app on my phone it works fine. So I'm not sure what I need to do on the Fitbit to make it the full amount.
Did it get solved? Because I am facing the same problem.
Having the same issue too, thought I was going nuts!
Having same issue and sycing doesn't help
Best AnswerI am also having issues with my Versa 2. It used to let me track 7 different options. Now it is only letting me track steps, hours of acidity and pulse rate. I have tried resetting and charging the watch to no avail. Any other ideas?
Hey! With my utmost surprise, I am now able to log water intake through my Versa 2. Till yesterday, the problem persisted but now it's sorted. A new update maybe!
