Only Have Three Options In “Today” Settings Menu

I’ve update my watch to OS 3.0 and of the seven options with a box to check, I’ve only got three: Core Stats, Hoirly Steps, Heart Rate. 

 

I also cant input water stats either. Please let me know how to get these working.

@KMJacobson @alpainter Try this:

 

  1. Put your Versa in the charging dock
  2. Open fitbit mobile app and sync
  3. In the Fitbit mobile app, tap on Versa icon and go to Apps
  4. Go to Today app in the Fitbit mobile app and check if there's an update. If yes install it
  5. Sync again
  6. Check Versa if Today app displays all the stats you need
  7. If Versa does not display the stats, reboot Versa
  8. Uninstall and reinstall fitbit app
  9. Sync

@alpainter Open Today app on your Versa, scroll down to Settings and choose the stats you want to be displayed.

See that’s the bummer. Doing that only shows three options there. The other four aren’t available. 

 

Wondering if my watch only got a partial update for some reason?

Didnt work for me.

 

Do you have to delete the app off your phone? And loose all your data to get all 7 options in settings?

@Ceejay8 Sometimes it takes a while after re-install. It needs to sync several times. Ugh...

@Ceejay8 Generally, it may be applicable to any Fitbit apps that come pre-loaded like weather, today etc. Each time you re-install fitbit app, they get refreshed as well.

They're not talking about the Versa. They're talking about the Versa 2. I'm having same issue. I updated the firmware to the latest version. And in the settings, it says you can choose 7 stats to display, but the tracker is only showing 3 stats to choose from (Activity, Hourly Steps, and Heart Rate). None of the other stats are even showing up for you to choose them.

The Versa 2 does not have 3 buttons, like the Versa. It only has the one button on the left. I'll try what you said about uninstalling and reinstalling the App.

@MikoGenee for versa 2, please hold the back button until screen goes black. Release. You should see Fitbit logo flash.

Hi M, that's what I already was looking for, a way to shutdown the Versa 2 without going to the settings - Device info - etc. Many thanks. Regards kuzibri

You can also turn the Versa 2 off from the device itself. Instructions are here.
