Sooo, I have somehow managed to completely block my Versa 2.
- It all started because the device stopped synchronizing, and I first tried the following:
- Turning bluetooth off and on, restarting both phone (iPhone SE) and Fitbit, none of which worked
- I removed the Versa from the Fitbit app
- Before I could reconnect the device to the app, my kid played with it and entered the wrong PIN number enough times to completely block the device (I had the pay option)
- The problem is that my Fitbit device is now asking me to unlock through the phone app, which I cannot do because the device is no longer connected to my phone. And I can't reconnect it to the phone either, since the device is in locked mode.
Please help 😱
