Versa 2 completely dead

I am so upset, I got my Versa 2 as a Christmas present last year (2019) because my Ionic was a literal joke. I went thru 3 in a year. Now after one year of continual wear my Versa 2 is dead. I love Fitbit but I am really getting annoyed by the fact that their watches last on average 1 year. Has anyone else had this same problem?
