I bought new Versa 2 yesterday to replace a *very* old Charge. The first thing the device did was some kind of upgrade. I can connect the device to my Fitbit app on my LG Stylo 5, but the Bluetooth doesn't show the device as connected. When I try to connect it, it says the Versa 2 rejected the attempt. I'm gettin notifications from email and texts, and the step counter seems to be working. However, when I try to download the SpO2 watch face, specifically, I get a message that to download this watch face, make sure the watch and app are updated to the current version. They are, at least they should be. I've removed my Charge from the list of devices, checked app and phone and all systems seem to be updated to the latest versions. I've restarted both the phone and the watch, all to no avail. I don't mind trying to factory reset the watch, but as I've just taken it out of the box, that seems a bit unnecessary. I don't have this issue with some of the other watch faces, though. I've tried the New Moon, Half Time and 3D, although the last time I tried to check watch faces, the app tells me my device is not connected.
My phone is a LG Stylo 5 (not new, but not old by any means, either), running Android version 10, software version is Q720CS20c
As a side note, my wife also bought a Versa 2 yesterday and had no trouble setting hers up. She may or may not have trouble with other issues like mine, but she hasn't tried anything with hers, yet.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Correct. I can download others, but not the SpO2, specifically.
