Versa 2 connection issue with Android phone

My versa 2 took ages to pair to my phone after the update. I finally got that done and now the syncing stops working intermittently and when it is working will only sync when I go into the app and tell it to. The notifications from my phone aren't coming through either. Its an android phone. 

 

Does anyone know how to fix this??

To fix the connection difficulties you're currently experiencing with your Versa 2, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
