Versa 2 hot when charging

A few days ago I needed to charge my versa.  It became incredibly hot to touch and so did the charger now it will not turn on at all?

 

Not sure what to do.

I would go to the slide out menu and contact Fitbit. 

It getting hot is telling you something major internally has broken.
