Versa 2 stopped syncing after the Fitbit app update

Fitbit and app wont sync after latest update. I was literally just told by a tech that all I could do was try to sync my fitbit to another device. This latest update sucks and needs to be fixed asap

If you're still running into syncing difficulties with your Versa 2, please feel free to update your support case so our Support Team can continue to help you. 

In addition, please make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

According to your list my phonebisnt supported. Mynos us supported. I have android 9. This should work fine. If this is no longer supported I want a full refund for this product I just purchased 4 months ago. Hiw do you plan on rectifying my situation?

Mine won't sync either. I have an Android phone which is suported by fitbit. I have done all the things I was told to do and it still won't work. Now it's just a plain old watch. I need the tracker to work. Something needs to be done.
