My Fitbit disconnected itself from my iPhone and now I can’t get them back together. I’ve tried all the usual things. Charging Versa, turning off and back in and turning off Bluetooth and turning back on. Any suggestion please

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you, I'd like to clarify the issue you're currently experiencing with your Versa 2, is your device not syncing with your iPhone anymore or is it not paired with your account? In other words, is your device still connected with your account but you're unable to sync it or the device is not in your account anymore? I'll be waiting for your reply so we can move on.

Since yesterday my versa 2 is no longer syncing to the app or the main website
it was ok before yesterday but the app did have an update a couple of days ago? So possible that?

My Versa has stopped connecting to my iphone 7 as of this morning, tried all the usual things. Turning versa and phone on and off, bluetooth on and off etc but to no avail.
Has anyone managed to solve the problem themselves?

Speaking purely about my own experience here. I tried syncing my versa to my iphone 7 after i had walked my dog this morning to transfer the step count and last nights sleep etc over to my iphone. The iphone said the device couldnt be found. I then tried turning both devices on and off, that didnt work the iphone still couldnt find the versa. I then removed the Versa from the Fitbit app and tried to re-add the versa. Now my iphone cannot find the Versa at all?
Please can you advise how to fix this?
