Versa 2 constant alerts while in exercise mode

When my Versa 2 is in exercise mode I continually receive the vibrate alerts every 30 seconds to 2-mins. I have disabled all notifications and that did not work. How do I turn off this feature?

Those are probably 'Zone Notifications' telling you when you move between heart rate zones.  To stop them, after you select the exercise option, tap the gear icon top right, scroll down to 'Zone Notifications' and turn off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Go t the exercise on your watch and click on the settings icon and turn zone notifications off.
