My Versa 2 is constantly disconnecting from Bluetooth. I need to go to my settings>bluetooth>versa 2>forget device then wait for Fitbit to ask to pair again. I stop receiving call and text notifications. This has been happening multiple times a day for a couple weeks now.

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Are you using other Bluetooth devices at the same time? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa 2 and troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following steps:

Seems odd that your Versa 2 is having connection difficulties with an iPhone 11 that's up to date. Let me share with you that other users experienced difficulties with their devices after performing a factory reset procedure and not a restart process as per suggested.
