Hi good day. I hope someone could help me.
Versa 2 wasnt syncing to my phone at first. Did my best to sync but unfortunately could not. I reset my watch and forget device from fitbit app. But sadly after the reset, my phone couldnt detect the versa 2. I also tried another phone to connect to the device. But to my dismay, i also could not. Now my device is stuck in "install fitbit app to continue..."

Hi, remove the Bluetooth entry from any device that has the watch registered.
Restart both watch and phone and try again.
