Versa 2 crashes during exercise tracking

Hi, my versa 2 crashes during tracking my exercise. The whole screen turns white and lines run up and down the screen, this lasts for anywhere from a few hours to a few days so that I can't use any of the watch features at all. I can't even see the time. I purchased from best buy in December 2019. They will not let me return the watch and told me to check with Fitbit themself.
