What going on with platform. Can't connect to customer support. Exercise shows up 2x on app one shows next to water count. Watch has been freezing. Why show yesterday if you do not keep statistics for food etc from yesterday.

Yes shutting down and going back in seemed to work. Does this app support for instance a meal I had yesterday or is it only current and can't see details from another day. Also is it normal for the versa2 watch need charging every other day?

The workaround for the short battery life is to disable the phone Bluetooth [only enable it when you want to sync].
There currently is a problem with the Fitbit App which drains the watch battery.
