Hi need help with my versa 2 suddenly massage appeared  ,, data not cleared sync and try again,, can’t do anything 

please help 😟

Hi @LenkaSL, welcome to the community.

 

Usually this message appears after a factory reset which didn't complete fully. 

 

Can you try going into you phones Bluetooth settings/menu and unpair/forget the Versa 2 from there, then go back into the Fitbit app - tap your user picture (top corner) - set up device - Versa 2 - follow the set up steps again.
